A competition set to level the playing field for all scaled to intermediate athletes. No gymnastics, no Heavy weights, Just a chance to test your teamwork, fitness and ability to have fun!

This is a same sex pair competition with one open category for each Male and Female pairs. There will be 4 workouts on the day putting you to the test to see which pair comes out on top.
