The 6 Week Kick Start Programme includes:

Fully Private small group training sessions running 3x per week. We followed a structured process designed to help you improve your strength and fitness week in week out.

Our nutrition mentorship giving you your individual calorie and macro target focussed on your goal. We provide an educational approach helping you beat fad diets and false trends ensuring you follow the basics that really matter. Accountability and consistency is our key to success.

Our additional sessions help our clients vary their training. From ladies only classes to sweat circuits and Hyrox sessions you can tailor your training too your needs.

Our Peak Programme is featured on our very own tracking and booking app. We store and analyse your data to ensure your training has meaning and progressions. This means faster more personalised results. Not just a bootcamp apporach.

Don’t just feel like another number in a class or spare part in a crowded gym. Our coaches know you individually to ensure you get accountability, adaptability and expert coaching.
