MINI SQUATS
AGES 3-6
Our Mini Movers class is the perfect introduction to fitness for little ones! Through fun games, obstacle courses, music, and playful activities, kids build coordination, balance, and basic motor skills—all while having a blast. This class encourages social interaction, listening skills, and a love for movement in a safe, supportive environment.
JUNIOR FIT
AGES 7-10
Junior Fit keeps kids active and energized with dynamic workouts designed just for them! This class blends strength, agility, and cardio through age-appropriate exercises, team challenges, and sports-based activities. Kids learn the importance of staying healthy, build confidence, and develop teamwork and discipline in a fun and engaging way.
TEEN TRAINING
AGES 11+
Our Teen Training class helps young athletes and teens of all fitness levels build strength, endurance, and confidence. With a focus on proper technique, goal setting, and functional movement, teens learn how to train smart and stay motivated. Whether preparing for sports or just staying in shape, this class offers a positive, inclusive space to grow physically and mentally.
