Age Groups.

  • Junior Fit keeps kids active and energized with dynamic workouts designed just for them! This class blends strength, agility, and cardio through age-appropriate exercises, team challenges, and sports-based activities. Kids learn the importance of staying healthy, build confidence, and develop teamwork and discipline in a fun and engaging way.

  • Our Teen Training class helps young athletes and teens of all fitness levels build strength, endurance, and confidence. With a focus on proper technique, goal setting, and functional movement, teens learn how to train smart and stay motivated. Whether preparing for sports or just staying in shape, this class offers a positive, inclusive space to grow physically and mentally.
