Danielle is six months postpartum and has been focusing on building her running back with our runners rehab PT sessions. With just one session a week  adding in our strength-focused training, she’s feeling stronger than ever and has noticed a huge difference in her running. She now feels like she has the strength to push harder than ever before.
This year, she has competed in her first 10K since giving birth — and felt incredible. She finished just two minutes off her all-time PB, which is an amazing achievement and a true testament to the consistent work she’s been putting in. Following this she entered and ran a half marathon smashing a 2 hour time. Just a few minutes off her all time PB.
Training at Peak has helped me get back to the weekly mileage I needed for training postpartum. I feel a much stronger runner and am able to hold faster paces easier.
