Are you ready?


We offer 3 coached sessions per week following a bespoke plan designed by our head coach. With the use of our tracking app we will ensure your progress is being monitored session by session ensuring you are always improving and our coaches know exactly where you are in you journey.

What’s involved

All Peak memberships have access to all of our additional classes in our schedule. Such as; Hyrox, Sweat, Strength, Ladies Only and more.

Upgrade to a membership that suits your training needs such as access to more training or even personal progress consultations.
