Real people, real results: 30kg lost at our weight loss gym in Denton
Seven Peak Strength members have lost almost 30kg between them, close to five stone. No crash diets, no detox teas, no punishing two-hour sessions. Just coached strength training, simple nutrition habits and a community that keeps them turning up.
Christmas is now under 12 weeks away. That is enough time to make a change you can actually see and feel by the time the party invites land. Here is how our members did it, and how you can start this week.
The results
Every one of these members started where you might be now: busy, unsure where to begin and tired of plans that never stuck. With just 12 weeks hard work and guidance from our team here is what they acheived on our weight loss programme based in Denton and Hyde.
Rebecca - Down 8.3kg
Myles - Down 5.2kg
Kendal - Down 10lb (4.5kg)
Michelle - Lost half a stone
Jenny - Half a stone down
Diana - Down 3kg
Alex - Down 2.6kg
What they did differently
None of them followed a fad. They followed four things we build into every Peak Strength membership.
Coached strength training. Building muscle raises the energy your body uses every day and keeps the weight you lose coming from fat, not muscle. Every session is coached, so you never guess what to do.
Simple nutrition, not a diet. Our nutrition coaching gives you clear targets, an app to track food and habits, and regular check-ins. You still eat the foods you enjoy.
Consistency over intensity. Two or three sessions a week, done every week, beats one heroic week followed by nothing.
A community that notices. When people expect to see you on Tuesday, you turn up on Tuesday. Our members train together, cheer each other on and celebrate wins like these.
Whether you want to try Hyrox, hit a strength session, join our ladies-only sessions or simply feel fitter, the approach is the same: beginners are always welcome.
Is losing weight before Christmas realistic?
Yes, if you start now and keep it sensible. A safe, sustainable rate is roughly 0.5 to 1kg a week, and most of our members saw steady progress rather than dramatic drops.
That means the results above are within reach for most people over the next 12 weeks. More importantly, you will arrive at Christmas stronger, with more energy and with habits that carry you into January instead of starting from scratch again.
The scales are only one measure. Members also tell us about better sleep, clothes fitting differently, lifting weights they never thought they could and feeling confident walking into a gym.
How to start this week
Book your 14-day kick start. Two weeks to try our coached sessions, meet the coaches and see if Peak Strength is right for you. Low commitment, no pressure.
Add nutrition coaching. Our 3-month programme runs right up to Christmas. Standard is £65 for members (£90 for non-members) and Premium, with a tailored meal plan and two-weekly check-ins, is £100 for members (£125 for non-members).
Turn up and trust the process. We handle the programming. You bring the consistency.
Spaces in coached sessions are limited so every member gets proper attention.
